John Mcintosh

John McIntosh is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces veteran with 25 years of military service. He became involved with the Piney Woods Service Association in 2020 after attending a PWSA deer hunt and later joined the Board of Directors.

In addition to his military career, John served as a paramedic with the City of Austin, where he worked as a training officer, instructor, and technical rescue specialist with TX Task Force 1. A Texas A&M graduate (Class of 1987), he has dedicated his life to public service.

John believes PWSA provides a valuable service to veterans of all ages. He considers it an honor to continue serving fellow veterans and supporting a community that shares a commitment to caring for those who served.
